How can I make meal times more enjoyable?

What’s the best approach to raising ‘healthy’ eaters?

Jessica is passionate about supporting parents with evidence-based nutrition information and strategies to raise healthy eaters. It can be very confusing to know what nutrition advice to listen to and what approach to use.

Jessica draws from her personal experience raising three young children and her professional experience guiding families and individuals with eating disorders on their recovery journey. As such, she has a wealth of wisdom to offer. Jessica especially wants to equip parents with knowledge to help them raise children who are in tune with their body’s hunger and fullness signals, and who can enjoy a wide variety of foods.

Jessica wants to help alleviate the pressure, anxiety and confusion parents might be experiencing when preparing food for kinder/school lunches and meal times.

Using the division of responsibility (https://www.ellynsatterinstitute.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/handout-dor-tasks-cap-2016.pdf), intuitive eating and mindful eating strategies. Jessica will equip parents with information and skills to help them
