Ready to book an appointment with an experienced eating disorder dietitian and receive compassionate care? Or maybe you have some general health concerns and want a dietitian that offers holistic nutrition support. Either way, here are some basic pointers that might make this step a little clearer. 

Appointments at Templestowe Health Hub – Wednesday

If you’d like to see me on a Wednesday (in-person or telehealth), please choose the option: Jessica Buchanan Dietetics – Templestowe Health Hub.
 
You can then choose whether you want an in-person or telehealth option.

Telehealth only – Monday and Friday

If you’d like to see me on a Monday or Friday, please choose the option: Jessica Buchanan Dietetics – Telehealth
 
When you begin working with me, you’re not locked into one mode of service. You can alternate between in-person and telehealth sessions as you need. Telehealth sessions are conducted over Zoom, a secure video conference platform.

Type of appointment

If this is your first appointment, please choose the Dietary Assessment (Initial).

 

Eating Disorder Treatment Plan:
Choose this if you have an Eating Disorder Treatment Plan organised by your GP.

GP Chronic Condition Management Plan:
Choose this if you have an GP Chronic Condition Management Plan organised by your GP.

Private:
Choose this option if you don’t have a Medicare plan.

Follow up sessions

You can either choose a 50-minute or 30-minute dietary review session for your second or ongoing sessions.
