Health isn’t a look.

All bodies are worthy of respectful health care.

It’s time to create a fresh and more peaceful relationship with food and your body.

Do you long to freely enjoy food, instead of being consumed by rules, judgements, and guilt?
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to feel more comfortable in your body, regardless of your circumstances?

You can rediscover the joy of nourishing your body, learning to treat it with kindness and respect. Together, we can foster this new kind of attitude. Book your virtual nutrition therapy sessions so that you can receive support in your journey of recovery and transformation.

I’m here to hold hope even when things feel hopeless, and to help you move towards the freedom and healing you long for

Thinking about taking the first step?

No one is an island. That is, we were never meant to live life alone. This is particularly true as we endure pain or yearn for healing; we all need the support, strength, and wisdom that others have to offer.

With the right people involved, recovery from an eating disorder is possible. You will need a team around you – dedicated people who hold on to hope and help you rediscover your inner wisdom, values, and strength. I would love to be a part of your journey.

How it all works…

1. Schedule a discovery call This is a free 10–15-minute chat where I can learn why you reached out for help. Together, we can decide if I’m a good fit for you.
