What I offer

In-Person Sessions

Your Local Dietitian in Lower Templestowe

I offer in-person sessions at Templestowe Health Hub in Lower Templestowe, a warm and welcoming environment where you can explore your nutritional concerns in a supportive, dedicated space.

As a registered dietitian with Dietitians Australia and a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, I provide in-person appointments on Wednesday mornings from 9am to 1pm. Within the comfortable setting of Templestowe Health Hub, you’ll find a calm and inviting space designed to help you engage meaningfully in nutrition therapy.

Why choose in-person sessions?

For many people, in-person sessions offer distinct advantages. Perhaps you’re tired of looking at screens all day and prefer the connection that comes from speaking with a health professional face-to-face. Maybe you have time to travel to appointments and want a dedicated environment to explore your health concerns outside the distractions of home. In-person sessions provide a focused, private setting where you can fully concentrate on your wellbeing.

Flexible options tailored to you

Everyone’s needs and preferences are different, which is why I prioritise flexibility in how we work together. Many clients appreciate starting with in-person sessions at Templestowe Health Hub, as this helps build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic connection more easily. Once that foundation is established, some people feel confident alternating between in-person and telehealth sessions based on their schedule and circumstances. Others discover that in-person sessions are exactly what they need and prefer to continue this way.

The aim is to let you choose the mode of treatment that works best for your needs and commitments, with the freedom to adjust as your situation changes.

A safe, supportive environment

I understand that discussing your health challenges openly can feel incredibly daunting. For many people I work with, I’m their first health professional contact, which means sharing deeply personal concerns may feel unfamiliar or vulnerable. That’s why I offer a sensitive, trauma-informed approach to every session.

This means I honour your autonomy and lived experience. I’m guided by your capacity to explore topics and provide support when things become overwhelming. You set the pace, I walk alongside you.

I also encourage you to bring whatever helps you feel more at ease during sessions. Whether that’s a warm drink, some food, a heat pack, a weighted blanket, fidget toys, a notepad for doodling, or any other comfort item, you’re welcome to create an environment that supports your therapeutic work.
